Milena Stephens has tennis in her blood, starting her journey on the courts of her parents' tennis club at the tender age of three. Her early dedication and talent saw her rise to the top, reaching #1 in her native Brazil during her junior career. This success paved the way for a remarkable journey in collegiate tennis, where Milena earned a full athletic scholarship to play for Delta State University. There, she not only showcased her skills on the court but also excelled academically, earning her BA and later a Masters degree in Sports Management.

Transitioning from player to coach, Milena's passion for tennis continued to drive her career. She served as the Director of Tennis at Cleveland Country Club in Mississippi, where she honed her coaching skills and nurtured young talent. Her journey then led her to Midtown Athletic Club in Weston, Florida, where she further enriched her coaching experience. Currently, Milena serves as the Director of Development and Diversity at PTR, playing a pivotal role in coaches' education and fostering diversity within the tennis community.
