The program begins with on court training on Friday at 2:00 PM February 21 at and concludes Sunday February 23 at 12:00pm. Tuition includes:

(Add the Friday morning training session in your schedule if you arrive early.)


  • 8 hours of customized on-court coaching (plus additional optional opportunities to drill and hit)
  • 4 Hours of off court training and recovery between sessions.
  • Personalized curriculum built around your priorities
  • Choice of either singles-focused or doubles-focused training
  • Access to all matches of the ES BMW ITF Pro Tour $25K Men's Tournament
  • 2 Lunches and 2 Dinners

FAQs

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Should life throw you a curve ball you will have the option to transfer your spot to another player or convert your fee into a 100% tax-deductible donation to the Net Gains Foundation. 

    • Before January 15: 100% Refund
    • January 16-31: 50% Refund 50% becomes a tax deductible donation.
    • After February 1: No refund, 100% fee becomes a tax-deductible donation. 

  • Can I choose my coaches?

    After registering, we'll send you a detailed profile and priorities form and ask if you have any particular faculty preferences. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. All participants at this Mini Congress will have the opportunity to spend some time on court with Emilio Sanchez and Arantxa Sanchez-Vicario.  

  • What are options for local accommodations?

    Emilio Sanchez Academy offers a group discount through The Best Western 

    and Hilton Home2Suites.


    You may stay at any local hotel or AirBnB you wish (decent nearby options on Expedia or Hotels.com start around $250/night). 

  • Are there showers and changing facilities at the event?

    Yes! Regardless of where you stay, you'll have the option of bringing changes of clothes and showering at the facilities at the Emilio Sanchez Academy throughout the weekend.  

  • What is the best airport to fly into?

    Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) – Located in Fort Myers, about 30 miles north of Naples, this is the closest major airport and offers many direct flights.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Should life throw you a curve ball you will have the option to transfer your spot to another player or convert your fee into a 100% tax-deductible donation to the Net Gains Foundation. 

    • Before July 31: you will receive a full refund of your $2,000 program fee, excluding the $550 tax-deductible donation to the Net Gains Foundation and any processing fees.
    • August 1-31: you will receive a 50% refund, and the remaining 50% will become a tax-deductible donation.
    • After September 1: there will be no refund, and 100% of your fee will become a tax-deductible donation.

  • Can I choose my coaches?

    After registering, we'll send you a detailed profile and priorities form and ask if you have any particular faculty preferences. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

  • Can I bring a non tennis playing partner, spouse or significant other?

    Yes, you can bring a non-playing partner to the Tennis Congress. The Hilton El Conquistador is a beautiful resort, so your partner can enjoy the weekend with you. You will have the option to purchase individual meal passes so your partner can join you for meals and presentations at the Tennis Congress.

  • When do activities start and finish?

    We kick off the weekend on Thursday with welcome activities that include on and off court activities at 3:00 PM followed by our opening reception at 7:00 PM. The weekend concludes with a closing dinner on Sunday at 7:00 PM.

  • What is the best airport to fly into?

    You can get to the Tennis Congress at the Hilton El Conquistador by flying into Tucson, which is about 30 minutes away, or Phoenix, which is about two hours away. From either airport, you can take a shuttle, ride share, or private car service to the resort.

  • Can I bring children?

    Congresss events and activities are limited to spouses or significant others 21 and over. You can bring an adult-aged partner for meals and social events “a la carte” for a per-meal fee.
